Cute but cut into heels

These shoes are very cute but unfortunately they totally chainsawed into my heels! :( I am a solid size 9, narrow foot and the size is correct but wow, for the price I'd expect a comfortable heel. All I did was wear them for about 10 min around the house and I couldn't wait to get them off, they hurt pretty badly. Not even worth trying to break in.
