I love Donald Pliner shoes and have several pairs. These ones were a bust. The design just does not work. The lattice-like uppers are hazard because my toes kept getting stuck in the openings, which made it difficult to walk. I found myself crunching my toes to avoid tripping, which just made it worse. I wore them once to just walk an item out to my car, then went back home to change into other shoes. They were that bad.The box is long gone, so I’m afraid this is a sacrificial purchase. I will be dropping them off at a shelter.
