I was impressed with the quality of the shoes and especially the responsiveness of the company to my inquiries.

Great craftsmanship and material…I love patent leather in nude shades. Based on reviews, I ordered a whole size down, which was a 7, and fit perfectly. Unlike other reviewers, I did not have an issue with the Velcro ankle straps. Unfortunately, the shoes looked horrible on my feet. The straps cross in exactly a spot that exposes “bunion” joints and makes me look like I have huge, ugly bunions sticking out. This shoe would be perfect if the straps were more across the top of the foot to cover those joints rather than closer to the toes as they currently are. So I am returning the shoes. Three stars due to the unflattering design. Can’t imagine they’d look good on many feet.

I wear size 7 narrow. These were a size too long and too wide.

Platino color is a pretty light gold with distressed finish. I loved the cork footbed and perfect heel height and style for a dressy occasion requiring walking on tricky surfaces. I also appreciate the hidden toe post, which adds stability. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, the ankle strap is much too long. More Velcro is needed in order for me to tighten the strap sufficiently. Sadly, I will need to return these.

I bought this shoe online and had high hopes that it would be a good fit. The sole was stiff but that wasn't so bad...I ordered a 7.5 which is always a good size for me. I went to a wake and put these on before I left. My heels were popping out with every step and I looked like a crazy person who was losing my shoes. This shoe is not sized properly. Had to return them.
